Access and use of this site is provided by the Foundation for Endangered Languages (FEL). In these Conditions ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ refer to FEL.
FEL reserves the right to change these Conditions at any time. Please check these Conditions on a regular basis for changes. Your continued use of the site after changes are made will mean you accept the Conditions as modified.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of anyone else, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of this site.
The commercial and financial transaction sections of this site - those relating to transaction of Memberships and Donations, and the sale of Books - are intended to be used only by those aged 18 years or over, and who are acting for themselves and in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
When submitting your order you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and to allowing FEL to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying the goods. For further information on privacy and security see FEL’s Privacy Notice.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct at the time when the information is entered onto the system. The supply of items from this website is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you make your order whether the items you want are available. If this happens we will notify you and a refund will be given.
Goods that are shipped overseas may be subject to customs or other duties. These are not included in the purchase price. You are responsible for any customs or VAT or other charges imposed in relation to delivery of the goods to you.
